Architecture journals can be useful reading for architects who are interested in the changing trends and techniques going on in the discipline. Most architecture schools should carry copies of many of these journals. They are also available for subscription and reading over the Internet. Following is a list of some of the major architecture magazines:
- Architect – This magazine was launched in 2006 as the successor to the American Institute of Architects’ official publication, Architecture. It contains business, products, building technology, and continuing education resources for practicing architects.
- Architectural Digest – This publication is directed toward affluent clients and devotes itself to the critique and analysis of trends and fashions in interior design. Every few years it announces its list of the top 100 designers in the United States and abroad.
